Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled when you use the FormVision iOS application ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by Sebastian Golijow ("we", "us") under the YeKo Studio brand. By using FormVision you agree to the practices described here.
The short version: FormVision is built local-first. Your videos are recorded, analyzed, and stored on your iPhone. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
1. Data we collect
Account data (stored on your device):
- Name and email — provided by Sign in with Apple when you create your profile. This information is stored locally on your device; we do not operate servers that receive it.
- Age (optional) — entered by you, stored locally.
- Profile photo (optional) — chosen from your photo library, stored locally.
Content you create (stored on your device): the videos you record for analysis, the analysis results (skeleton data, metrics, scores, cues), your improvement plans, and your progress data. All of this is processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework and stays in the App's local storage.
Purchase data: subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. To manage subscription status the App uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipt information from Apple. RevenueCat never receives your name, email, or videos.
2. Data we do NOT collect
- We do not upload or view your videos.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. How your data is used
- To analyze your lifting technique and show you results, entirely on your device.
- To build your improvement plan and track your progress over time.
- To maintain your profile and subscription status.
4. Third-party services
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases, governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
- RevenueCat — subscription management (anonymous identifier and receipt data only).
5. Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are in control of it:
- You can delete individual analyses and videos from within the App.
- Deleting the App from your device permanently deletes your profile, videos, analyses, and plans.
- You can revoke Sign in with Apple access at any time from your Apple ID settings.
6. Children
FormVision is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Health data
FormVision analyzes movement in your videos to give technique feedback. It does not diagnose medical conditions, does not read data from HealthKit, and does not write to HealthKit.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves (for example, if cloud sync is added in the future). Material changes will be announced in the App before they take effect.
