On-device AI form analysis
Film your set from the side. FormVision tracks your body in 3D, traces the bar path, and scores every rep — so you fix your technique before it costs you an injury.
The big three
Each lift has its own analyzer, tuned to what a side-on camera can measure reliably — with explicit target ranges you can see.
Next up: power lifts — clean, snatch, push press. Every new lift ships only after it's validated in a real gym.
How it works
Guided capture tells you where to place your phone and checks you're fully in frame — before you waste a set.
3D body tracking maps your joints on every frame. You get your skeleton, bar path, joint angles, and a form score out of 100 — with cues in plain gym language.
A four-week plan built around your weakest metric: targeted drills, streaks, and a re-test at day 28 to prove the fix stuck.
Why trust the score
If the camera can't measure it, we don't score it.
Most form-check apps grade everything — and are wrong about half of it. You notice by week two, and you delete the app.
FormVision only scores metrics that are reliable from a side-on camera, against target ranges you can see. What can't be measured honestly is left out, on purpose. And it's form analysis, not medical advice.
YOUR VIDEOS NEVER LEAVE YOUR IPHONE.

FormVision is coming to the App Store. Until launch, we're posting form breakdowns on TikTok.
