Terms of Use
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Welcome to FormVision ("the App"), an iOS application that analyzes lifting technique from video, developed and operated by Sebastian Golijow under the YeKo Studio brand. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Not medical or professional advice
FormVision provides informational feedback about movement technique based on computer-vision analysis of your videos. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or professional coaching, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.
- Weight training carries inherent risk of injury. You use the App and perform any exercise at your own risk.
- Scores and cues are estimates derived from what a camera can see; they can be inaccurate and should never override pain, discomfort, or professional advice.
- Consult a physician before starting a training program, and stop exercising if you feel pain.
2. Who can use FormVision
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Your content
The videos you record and the analyses generated from them are yours and remain on your device. We claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for the content you record, including having the consent of anyone who appears in your videos.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- The free tier includes one analysis. Continued use requires FormVision Pro, an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99/month or $34.99/year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Where not covered by these Terms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the App; use it for any unlawful purpose; resell or redistribute it; or attempt to circumvent subscription checks.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, analysis engine, and content (excluding your videos) are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability and changes to the service
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, modify, or remove features (including supported exercises) at any time. We work to keep analysis accurate, but no computer-vision system is perfect.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injuries sustained while exercising. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
